  • Meeting the artist, photos, dining, sessions and song requests depend on prior confirmation and approval. They are not guaranteed.
  • Artists decide case by case whether to take part.
  • A JazzCloud Concierge is present throughout, as a rule, to look after safety and coordination.
  • We meet you on site and guide you between places. Transport arrangements are not part of this experience at this stage.
  • Deposit, cancellation and refund terms are presented with your proposal and confirmed only after you agree to them.
  • Where dining includes alcohol, we ask for moderation. Emergency contact and an early-finish option are always available.

Can I request a specific artist or venue?

Yes. We'll do our best to arrange it, subject to availability and the artist's approval.

Can I request a song?

We can ask the artist in advance. Requests are subject to musical context and artist approval.

Is dinner with the artist guaranteed?

No. Artist meetings and dining experiences require prior confirmation.

Can you provide transportation?

We can advise on meeting points and local transportation. Any transportation arrangement will depend on the final service structure and applicable rules.

Can you support languages other than English?

Yes. Multilingual assistance can be arranged, including AI-assisted interpretation when needed.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the plan, artists, venue, dining and customization. We'll provide a proposal before confirmation.

Can musicians join a session?

Yes. Private sessions with local professional musicians can be arranged separately, subject to approval and availability.
